Technology

The stack, in plain terms.

We do not sell software. We build an operating layer and run our own companies on it. This page describes that layer in the abstract: what each part does and why it is there.

Layers of the stack: data, integration, agents, controls. CONTROLS AGENTS INTEGRATION DATA

Four layers

Data, integration, agents, controls.

Each layer only talks to the one beside it. That keeps the system easy to reason about and easy to replace one piece at a time.

L1

Data

Pipelines pull from every source into one normalized, queryable store.

Pipelines
L2

Integration

A thin layer that connects software, APIs, documents and people.

Connectors
L3

Agents

AI staff with seats, briefs, memory and the tools of the job.

Orchestration
L4

Controls

Approval gates, audit trails, access limits and kill switches.

Human in the loop

Capabilities

What the layer does.

Six capabilities, each kept deliberately narrow so it can be trusted.

01

Agent orchestration

Agents are organized like a company: companies, departments, seats. Each seat has a brief, a memory page, a desk for notes and a defined set of tools. A chief of staff seat looks across all of them.

02

Data pipelines

Ingest, normalize, deduplicate and model. Sources include internal software, third-party APIs, documents and public records. The output is one picture the whole operation shares.

03

Integration layer

Connectors for the software a company already uses, with a single local service in the middle. New systems plug in without rewiring the rest.

04

Analytics

Views and reports built on the shared picture, from costs by company to the performance of a single piece of content. Questions get answered in plain terms.

05

Automation with human-in-the-loop controls

Agents prepare the work and queue the decision. A person approves, holds or rejects. Every outbound action, from a published video to a customer refund, passes that gate.

06

Security and privacy

Local-first by default. Credentials live in the operating system keychain, data stays on hardware we own, and services are bound to local hosts. We collect as little as the job allows.

Engineering principles

Boring where it can be, sharp where it must be.

  • Plain files and plain services. Few dependencies, no hidden build steps.
  • Every agent action leaves a record a person can read later.
  • Approval before any publish, send or spend. No exceptions for speed.
  • Infrastructure we own and can inspect, from the machine up.
  • One source of truth per fact, and a pipeline that keeps it current.

We are selective, and we only take on work our system can genuinely run.
